The orientation session of the management team has started at KRSU

The orientation session of the KRSU management team, which brought together about 90 university employees, started on the basis of the UOC «Zhashtyk». Over the course of several days, participants will have to discuss key tasks and priorities for the development of the university.Opening the session, Rector of KRSU Sergei Volkov emphasized that the main task of the meeting is meaningful joint work and open dialogue between university departments.«It is important for us to learn to talk more with each other, discuss work issues and find solutions together», — noted Sergei Volkov.The focus is on the new educational model KRSU, the development of educational programs and higher schools, as well as training for a growing university.Special attention is paid to the formation of a personnel reserve and the involvement of young teachers, graduate students, assistants, interns and promising graduates in the work of the university.Another area will be the development of university science and applied research, including interdisciplinary projects, R & D and the involvement of young researchers.«We have a strategy and within that we move. Our goal is the best university in Central Asia. Therefore, we must move towards this goal and achieve it», — the rector emphasized.The outcome of the orientation session should be specific proposals and solutions for the further development of KRSU.
