For the benefit of the country's development

As you know, at the end of spring 2021, the Department of World Economy KRSU, together with the Investment Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, held an international conference on the creative economy. Rthe recommendations of our university scientists were included in the country’s National Development Program until 2026 and their implementation has already begun.

Thus, preparation work is underway the legislative basis of the creative economy, a statistical basis for accounting for the creative sector of the economy is being developed, a bill on the Park of Creative Industries with a simplified tax regime for creative industries is being prepared, and the creation of centers for innovative research is envisaged. Opening of the first such center – multifunctional government institution «Innovation Center» – held on 27 October 2021.
