Around the world in one university

Young Kyrgyzstanis went to study Russian at a school «Around the World at one university» on the basis of RUDN University, which began its work on July 11 in Moscow. 34 students from grades 6-8 from Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan sat down at their desks.

Children who came to study in Moscow have already become winners of Russian language competitions in their homeland.

The school is held on the basis of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. P. Lumumba in collaboration with the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin and the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) University with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Young linguists will take part in film lectures and master classes, where they will try their hand at writing scripts in Russian, learn about the features of video shooting and directing, and try to create their own film.

The school will close on July 20.
