Meeting with the pilot-cosmonaut at KRSU

Noise, shaking and the moment of a dream come true - with such impressions of a flight into space began a meeting with Hero of Russia, pilot-cosmonaut Sergei Korsakov at KRSU.

Sergei Korsakov, a Russian test cosmonaut of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Research Institute of the Central Park of Culture and Culture named after Yu. A. Gagarin», shared his experience of preparing for the launch flight and his impressions of the flight itself. Students and teachers at the university had a unique opportunity to learn more about space research and the process of preparing for missions in space.

Bishkek is Korsakov’s hometown, so he came to the capital of Kyrgyzstan with great pleasure. Rector of KRSU Denis Fomin-Nilov warmly welcomed the guest. The astronaut presented the university with space souvenirs and talked with students.
