Second day of the KRSU strategic session: group discussions and the image of the future
On November 29, 2024, the second day of the strategic session dedicated to the development of the development strategy of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University until 2030 was successfully completed. A key element of the program was the tact of group interaction in the "turntable" format, where each of the six working groups presented their vision of the future university, based on the focus of their division.
During the day, participants prepared and presented five reports reflecting key areas of work.
After each presentation, the other groups provided feedback by asking questions, refining the initiatives proposed and supplementing them with their ideas. This approach allowed us to form a multifaceted view of the university’s tasks and identify points of synergy between divisions.
During the discussions, the main aspects that will help the university take a leading position in the educational and scientific fields were highlighted:
The turntable format contributed to the deep integration of the participants’ ideas and the development of agreed proposals in each area.
As a result of the second day of the strategic session, the following were formed:
initial images of the future university, which will be detailed in the coming days
a list of ideas for improving performance in each of study programs,
basic principles for inclusion in the final strategy.
Participants noted that this format allows not only to discuss key issues, but also to look for optimal solutions, using collective experience and knowledge.
