KRSU graduate appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Vietnam

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree appointing Anvar Anarbaev as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Vietnam concurrently. The diplomat's residence will remain in Kuala Lumpur, where he heads the Kyrgyz embassy in Malaysia.Anvar Anarbaev is a graduate of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University with a degree in «International Relations». He began his diplomatic career in 2004 in the office of the SCO National Coordinator.Over the years, he worked in the SCO Secretariat in Beijing, held senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, and was also an adviser to the Kyrgyz Embassy in the USA and Canada. Before his appointment as ambassador to Malaysia, he headed the department of foreign policy analysis and planning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.The appointment of Anvar Anarbaev became another example of the professional demand for KRSU graduates, many of whom today work in responsible positions in the country’s public administration and diplomatic service.
