Graduates and teachers of KRSU took prizes at the international competition
The XXXI International Review-Competition of the best final qualifying works in architecture, design and art has ended at the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. It took place from September 18 to 24.
The event was attended by representatives of 48 universities in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries (more than 720 works on architecture, 637 – by design and 200 projects in fashion design and other areas).
Graduates and teachers of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction of KRSU presented several works (Department of Architecture, Department of Artistic Design; monograph «Integration of Cultures in Architecture of Kyrgyzstan»). All projects won prizes.
Received awards:
J. Aitmatova – for the project «Center for Culture and Arts in Bishkek» (1st degree diploma);
AND. Khaibulina – for the project «Ethno-village in the mountainous region of Kyrgyzstan» (1st degree diploma with honors, Moscow Architectural Institute diploma, MASA diploma);
Zh. kyzy Cholponai – for the project «Residential quarter with student dormitory in Osh» (1st degree diploma, MASA certificate);
S. Gerasimova – for the project dedicated to the urban environment «Boulevard named after. Ch. Aitmatova in Bishkek» (2nd degree diploma);
F. Aitalieva – for the project Costume design «Men's author collection «Ethnika» (1st degree diploma);
Associate Professor O. Volichenko and senior lecturer Z. Muksinova – for the monograph «Integration of cultures in the architecture of Kyrgyzstan» (1st degree diploma).
The winners of the competition («For pedagogical and creative skills») were the dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Professor R. Muksinov, associate professors B. Kariev, Yu. Rudenko and T. Tugova.
Based on the results of presentations by various architectural schools, it was decided to hold the XXXII review-competition of the best theses in architecture, design and art in 2023 at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
