KRSU graduates are in demand: 92% of employers are ready to hire them

The Center for Sociological Research KRSU completed an annual survey among employers, in which more than 150 organizations – both public and private took part. The study showed a high level of satisfaction with the quality of training of specialists graduated from the university.

Employers noted that the knowledge and skills of graduates meet professional standards. Among the key advantages of KRSU graduates, according to respondents:

🔹 High level of theoretical training – 60.37%

🔹 Striving for self-development and self-organization – 59.15%

🔹 Willingness to work – 50.61%

🔹 Ability to react quickly in non-standard situations – 43.29%

🔹 High level of practical training – 38%

In addition, 92% of employers expressed their readiness to employ KRSU graduates, which confirms their competitiveness in the labor market.

Employers' recommendations for improving the educational process are regularly taken into account by the university, which helps improve the quality of student training.
