XIX Forum of creative and scientific intelligentsia of the CIS member states –

The XIX Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS Member States is taking place in Bishkek, bringing together about 200 representatives of science, education, culture and art from the Commonwealth countries.KRSU students take an active part in organizing the forum and the work of the volunteer corps, providing accompaniment to guests, assistance to organizers and coordination of events.The central themes of the forum were the 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States and preparations for the 100th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding writer Chingiz Aitmatov.Opening the forum, State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic Arslan Koychiev noted that the event brought together leading representatives of science, culture and literature of the Commonwealth countries and became an important platform for exchanging experience and strengthening humanitarian ties.Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy emphasized the special importance of holding the forum in Kyrgyzstan in preparation for the anniversary of Chingiz Aitmatov. He also recalled the upcoming 40th anniversary of the Issyk-Kul Forum, which played a significant role in the development of humanitarian dialogue in the post-Soviet space.The forum program includes a plenary session, thematic discussion platforms on science, education, culture and digital technologies, creative meetings dedicated to the legacy of Chingiz Aitmatov, as well as an exhibition «35 years of the Commonwealth of Independent States».For KRSU students, participation in organizing the forum was an opportunity to gain valuable experience working on an international platform, meet leading representatives of the scientific and cultural community of the CIS countries and contribute to one of the largest humanitarian events in the region.
