Lawyers discussed current issues of improving the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic
On April 22, the annual interuniversity student scientific and practical conference «Topical issues of improving the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic» dedicated to Science Day was held in person at the Faculty of Law KRSU.
The dean of the Faculty of Law of KRSU, Professor B. Tugelbaeva, addressed the event participants with a welcoming speech.
Then the report «Reforms in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic» was made by Mederbek Aliyev, deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, chairman of the committee on constitutional legislation, state structure, judicial and legal issues and Rules of Procedure of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Seven sections were active within the framework of the scientific and practical conference: «Theories and histories of state and law»; «Civil law and process»; «International and constitutional law»; «Administrative and financial law»; «Criminal law and criminology»; «Criminal procedure and criminology»; «Forensic examination».
The conference was attended by 97 students and undergraduates of the Faculty of Law of KRSU, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Faculty of Law of KNU, Ala-Too International University, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Kyrgyz State Law University.
60 scientific reports were presented at the conference from KRSU, and 37 from other universities –. Most of the reports were highly appreciated. The following students received diplomas for reports of 1st, 2nd, 3rd degrees:
