Lawyers discussed issues of legal regulation of state transformation
On September 6, the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Legal Regulation of the Transformation of a Modern State in the Conditions of Digitalization and Global Challenges» was held in the conference hall of the hotel «Europe», dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Faculty of Law KRSU.
In 1997, the doors of the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin opened. Training of competent personnel in the field of jurisprudence – this is always an important event not only for the university itself, but for the entire country.
The purpose of the conference – creation of a discussion platform for discussing current issues of legal regulation of the transformation of the institutional foundations of the state in the context of existing global threats and challenges in the era of digitalization of public relations.
The rector of KRSU, academician Vladimir Nifadiev, scientific secretary of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech President of the Union of Criminologists and Criminologists, professor Igor Matskevich, State Advisor to the State Civil Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Professor of KRSU Bekbosun Borubashov.
More than 25 experts from Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan – University professor made presentations and presentations at the plenary session named after Al-Farabi Rima Dzhansaraeva, vice-president of the Union of Criminologists and Criminologists, Honored Scientist, Professor of the Russian Federation Oleg Zaitsev, advisor to the rector of the Eurasian Law Academy named after D. Kunaev Erkin Duysenov and others.
Participants of the event, including: scientific and pedagogical workers, representatives of domestic and foreign universities, civil servants, young scientists, we discussed current problems related to the development and prospects of legal education, exchanged experiences and held joint discussions.
