Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation K. Mogilevsky visited KRSU

On March 29, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mogilevsky met with representatives of KRSU – rector, academician Vladimir Nifadyev, vice-rectors Salavat Usmanov and Leonid Sumarokov, ETF dean German Lotsev, dean of the Faculty of Economics Natalya Brovko, and university staff.

The meeting took place at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology. The distinguished guest is accompanied by attache for Education and Science of the Russian Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic Roberta Fedorovand they took us through educational buildings, demonstrated the potential of numerous laboratories equipped with modern equipment, in particular, they introduced us to a mobile laboratory for the study of smog in Bishkek. Representatives of our university noted that most of the equipment was purchased thanks to the Development Program financed by the Russian Federation.

At the end of the meeting, Vladimir Nifadiev and Leonid Sumarokov presented the guest with books published in KRSU, included in the «Eurasians – Creators» series, a series of books dedicated to the Great Patriotic War, as well as the translation of the epic «Manas» into Russian in poetic form.
