The fourth federal forum has completed its work “Strong ideas for a new time."

The fourth federal forum “Strong Ideas for a New Time”, held by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Roscongress Foundation, has completed its work. The goal of this event was to form a community of proactive people and consolidate 100 strong ideas that would help develop a technological development strategy.

The forum received more than 30 thousand decisions. I am especially pleased that the idea “Russian language abroad as a stimulus for the development of the economy, culture and international prestige of Russia” entered the top 100 strong ideas of this congress. This idea was supported by the director of the Russian Language Institute KRSU, Professor Mamedov Tagaev. The author of this idea is Svetlana Kamysheva, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Center for Language Policy and International Education of the State Institute of Russian Language named after A.S. Pushkin.

According to Tagaev: «The initiatives proposed by the author of this idea are extremely relevant. They will contribute to the preservation of the Russian language and Russian culture in Kyrgyzstan, especially through support for Russian language teachers, whose shortage is becoming increasingly noticeable in the country».
