The women's volleyball team of the Faculty of Humanities became the winner of the Spartakiad

Four teams scored the highest score in the competition, but based on the results of personal meetings, the athletes of the Faculty of Humanities took first place.

Victoria Zarichenets, student of the Department of Philology:

– If we compare it with last year’s Spartakiad, the rivals this year turned out to be many times stronger. Last year we won all the matches and took absolute first place. At the current Spartakiad, the teams demonstrated professionalism, and we had to put a lot of effort into winning.

The most striking and memorable match was with the team from the Faculty of Economics. In a tense fight we managed to win with a score of 2:1. The game turned out to be decisive, the positive result allowed our team to take first place in the final table.

Speaking about competitions in general, we defended the championship thanks to professionalism, discipline and excellent physical training, faith in the victory of our coaches and the entire Faculty of Humanities. Thanks to them for their support!

I have been playing volleyball for 5 years, my game is not perfect, but I am working on myself! Sport plays an important role in my life. I have always taken an active part in various competitions. She played football and then started playing volleyball. Sport – is not only about physical activity, but also about maintaining health, energy balance and psychological well-being!
