Bakhtiyar Koichuev: «Some kind of entertainment events –this is not teaching the Russian language!»
Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Bakhtiyar Koichuev, in an interview with the Center for the Development of Applied Geopolitical Research in the Eurasian Space «Stan», commented on the initiative of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to create an international organization under the auspices of the CIS to support and promote the Russian language.
