Along with digitalization, the criminal world is also developing: it is becoming increasingly difficult for law enforcement officers to solve crimes that are becoming high-tech. A Moscow expert spoke at a seminar at KRSU about how the science of criminology keeps up with new trends.
A seminar was held in Bishkek «Increasing the forensic capacity of law enforcement, expert and educational institutions in Kyrgyzstan to counter extremism and terrorism». It was organized by the Center for Prevention and Combating Terrorism and Extremism of the KRSU together with the Union of Criminologists and Criminologists of Russia.
In a conversation on Sputnik Kyrgyzstan radio, Nikolai Bodrov, chairman of the Union of Criminologists and Criminologists of Russia, said that criminal schemes today are developing very quickly, and law enforcement agencies have to keep up with them.
