On January 27, 1944, the Red Army defeated the Nazis near Leningrad — the 872-day blockade was completely lifted. We talked about the contribution of residents of the Kyrgyz SSR to the liberation of the city on the Neva with Leonid Sumarokov, candidate of historical sciences, adviser to the rector of the KRSU.
