A designer from Bishkek became the best at the festival «Ethnopodium on Lake Baikal»
Bishkek – 24.kg, Anastasia MOKRENKO. The main award at the XI International Festival «Ethnopodium on Lake Baikal», which took place in Irkutsk, was received by a young designer from Bishkek, KRSU graduate Perizat Orozobekova with a collection «Nomad 21». This was reported by the newspaper «Regional».
More than 100 designers from Russia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan presented their creations at the festival.
Collections were assessed according to criteria such as idea, integrity, harmony, quality of execution, and ethnic component.
At the gala screening of finalists and professionals, the audience was also presented with new collections by Tatyana Vorotnikova (Bishkek), Elena Shipilova (Moscow), Sultan Saliev (Kazan), Irina Sharipova (Uzbekistan), as well as works by Irkutsk designers Elena Birman and Diana Salatskaya.
