MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. At a plenary meeting, the State Duma ratified an agreement with Kyrgyzstan on the conditions of activity in Bishkek of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU) named after the first President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin.
