The Department of Pediatrics of KRSU was named after Professor Syrga Bokonbaeva
By a recent decision of the Academic Council of the KRSU, the name of Professor Syrga Bokonbaeva was given to the university department of pediatrics, of which she is the founder and permanent director to this day. Also, by decision of the Academic Council, the candidacy of Doctor of Medical Sciences Syrga Bokonbaeva was nominated for the Order «Dunk».
Professor Syrga Djoomartovna Bokonbaeva has been heading the Department of Pediatrics since the opening of her specialty «Pediatrics» at the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU. Syrga Djoomartovna will turn 57 years old out of 80 this September – she treats children, teaches students, and is engaged in scientific research.
According to the dean of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU Anes Zarifyan, on August 27, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University plans to hold an international conference «Human pathology during the COVID-19 pandemic: features of diagnosis, therapy and prevention». «Our meeting, dedicated to the anniversary of the respected Syrga Djoomartovna Bokonbaeva, will be interesting and eventful, and the use of modern remote technologies will even expand the geography of its participants», – said Professor Zarifyan VB.KG.
