Is it true that spies from several powers, Germany, Turkey, Austria-Hungary, and China, were involved in the tragic events of the mutual genocide of 1916 in Kyrgyzstan and neighboring regions?

 

In their new book «Foreign intelligence in the events of 1916 in Turkestan», Bishkek historians, teachers of the KRSU Dosmir Uzbekov and Murat Suyunbaev, prove their more than active participation in the uprising in Issyk-Kul, in the Chui Valley and in other regions of Turkish, German, Austro-Hungarian and Chinese intelligence officers.
