How to finally declassify the famous diary of Yusup Abdrakhmanov?
Kuwait International University, together with the Osmonov National Library and the Abdrakhmanov Public Foundation, held a large conference dedicated to the 120th anniversary of Yusup Abdrakhmanov, the first chairman of the Council of People's Commissars (Government) of the Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Yusup Abdrakhmanov.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science, the National Academy of Sciences, teachers of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek, Jalal-Abad, Osh, Issyk-Kul, and Talas universities.
The main reports were made by ex-Deputy Prime Minister and ex-Minister of Education Professor Ishenkul Boljurova, Head of the Department of International and Constitutional Law of the KRSU Professor Bekbosun Borubashov, Rector of Kuwait International University Asan Ormushev.
