This year, the process of admitting applicants to KRSU differed from the campaigns of previous years: entrance tests were completely canceled, and future students could choose the grant place for which they were applying — Russian or Kyrgyz.
In an interview with radio Sputnik Kyrgyzstan rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University Denis Fomin-Nilov said that last summer more than 2,200 applicants entered the university.
