KRSU donated books about the feat to the guards of the Kyrgyz borders
A presentation of the book by Vice-Rector for Information and Public Relations L.I. took place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. Sumarokova «Every heart beat like Brest!» and the transfer of a batch of this book to the border service of the State Committee for National Security and the Ministry of Defense. The new publication, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War, talks about the participation of Kyrgyz border guards in the battle against fascism.
The event turned out to be solemn and instructive. The participants of the meeting, held in a hybrid format, were welcomed by the rector of the KRSU Vladimir Nifadiev, who drew their attention to the fact that the presentation of the book and its transfer are not only scientific and educational in nature, but also applied, since the results of scientific research are directed to practical needs – in this case will be used in the interests of educating future officers, strengthening the moral and psychological state of Kyrgyz border guards guarding the borders of the Kyrgyz Republic and the external borders of the CIS.
The significance of the action carried out by KRSU was emphasized by the participation of the memorial complex in it «Brest Hero Fortress», Russian universities – Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, North Caucasus Federal University, Council of Border Guard Veterans, Military Institute of the Armed Forces, Kyrgyz National Military Lyceum, Ken-Bulun Secondary School, Russian Aviation Base School «Kant», as well as students of all faculties and colleges, students of the KRSU school.
