Artem Belyaev is 43 years old. He is the father of three children, CEO of Kanda Software, co-founder of TimelySoft, regional director of the International Student Programming Olympiad in Kyrgyzstan and computer science teacher at the Physics and Mathematics School-Lyceum №61 named after. E. Yakira. How did Artem come to such a rhythm of life and how does he manage to combine all this? In today's article we will tell you his story and answer this question.

 

Artem’s history began in 1978 in a family of engineers by training – his father was the head of the workshop, and his mother worked as an engineer at the Kyrgyz Chemical and Metallurgical Plant. In 1985, the boy began studying at the Oryol school №1 in the village of Orlovka, Keminsky district. Artem had a huge interest and predisposition in mathematics, which soon led him to computer science. In grades 9-10, he began to actively take part in school Olympiads in computer science. And in his senior year, without hesitation, he chose the direction «Informatics and Computer Science» at KRSU.

 

Artem graduated in 2000, but was in no hurry to leave the university – immediately after graduation, he began teaching computer science and teaches it to this day, being a senior lecturer at the Department of Information and Computing Technologies at KRSU.

 

The young specialist did not limit himself to one activity – he worked as the head of the IT department and a senior programmer in various companies, and in 2005 he began working in the organization for holding international student Olympiads – International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC). Now he also continues to work as a regional director in this organization...
