Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University – 30 years old: what is the university proud of?
Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University celebrates its 30th anniversary. During this time, tens of thousands of people received higher education there, reports «MIR 24» correspondent Maya Smekhova.
The university trains specialists in dozens of in-demand specialties – medicine, law, architecture, information technology. Currently there are over seven thousand students here. The training combines two standards – Russian and Kyrgyz. The graduate receives two diplomas.
«We see that we have a lot of successful graduates who work well and have succeeded as individuals in Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and neighboring countries, in particular, even the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is our graduate», – said the acting rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. Yeltsin Denis Fomin-Nilov.
