At the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin hosted a three-day International Forum of Teachers «Bilingual Education Today: Global Challenges and Effective Practices». The large-scale event was organized jointly with the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).
The forum brought together teachers of schools and universities, experts, representatives of ministries and public organizations from 11 countries: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, China, Russia, Abkhazia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
They took part in it 940 teachers, 263 educational organizations (197 schools, 59 universities and 7 colleges), with more than 100 speakers in five sections. More details
