Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ruslan Kazakbaev took part in the Interuniversity Youth Forum
On December 22, 2021, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Ruslan Kazakbaev took part in the Interuniversity Youth Forum on the topic «Kyrgyz-Chinese friendship belt – 30 years of successful interaction», dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the PRC.
In his speech, R. Kazakbaev drew attention to the fact that in 2022 the parties are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and emphasized that over these 30 years a solid regulatory framework for bilateral cooperation has been created, covering all areas of interstate relations.
The head of the Foreign Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic especially noted that the relationship between Kyrgyzstan and China represents an exemplary example of good neighborliness, friendship and cooperation based on a high level of mutual trust, mutual respect, common interests on a wide range of international and regional issues, as well as the desire for joint development. R. Kazakbaev drew attention to the fact that China will continue to occupy a special place in the foreign policy priorities of Kyrgyzstan.
The event was organized by the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin together with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Confucius Institute of BSU named after. K. Karasaev. The conference was also attended by the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the People's Republic of China in the Kyrgyz Republic Du Dewen, members of the expert and academic community of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives of Chinese companies and students of the two countries.
