The International Youth Analytical Congress will be held in Issyk-Kul
The International Youth Analytical Congress «Youth in Greater Eurasia: Potential, Risks, Security, Cooperation» will be held in Kyrgyzstan on Issyk-Kul from September 12 to 17.
The youth forum is held on the initiative of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B. Yeltsin, the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium with the participation of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, the Institute of Demographic Research of the Federal Research Sociological Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (U), Scientific Council «Socio-political problems of the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union» of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Supported by Kyrgyz State structures, it continues to develop the principles laid down in previous years by the Eurasian analytical forums d. Moscow, 2019, Minsk, 2021), dedicated to Eurasian integration and problems of cooperation between the states of Greater Eurasia.
The direct organizer of the congress is the International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul – Greater Eurasia», created at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in 2022. The new structure should become a universal open platform for the implementation of projects of international youth analytical cooperation, dialogue and development of creative activity of representatives of the Eurasian youth analytical community.
Participants in a large-scale youth rally will sum up the first results of work in this direction. During the congress, it is planned to award the winners of the International Competition «Young Analyst of Eurasia – 2022», «Young Analyst of Kyrgyzstan – 2022» and a presentation of the Eurasian Youth Analytical Network Platform «Analytics».
In addition, it is planned to adopt a memorandum of Slavic and national universities of the EAEU countries «On the development of international youth analytical cooperation». The organizers of the congress believe that the document will help ensure that these educational centers play a key role in international youth analytical cooperation of Eurasian countries and jointly identify and outline ways to eliminate the risks that young people face in conditions of international tension; significantly increase the analytical potential of scientific youth in mastering modern analytical technologies.
On the sidelines of the congress, a visiting meeting of the Coordination Council of the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium will be held in the format of a strategic session of expert analysts from leading analytical centers in Kyrgyzstan on the topic «Forecasting and analytics in modern conditions». The meeting will determine promising tasks in the development of intelligent technologies and professional training of specialists in the field of analytical activities.
The opening of the congress will take place at 9.30 on September 13, 2022 in the main building of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (g. Bishkek, Kyiv str., 44).
