Scientific work about the Great Patriotic War will be sent to all border outposts of Kyrgyzstan
NEWS-ASIA – Yesterday, June 22, Vice-Rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, representative of the Russian Military Historical Society Leonid Sumarokov presented the book «Every heart beat like Brest!».
In a new scientific work, the scientist presented an analysis of the participation of Kyrgyz border guards in the Great Patriotic War. The book, based on documentary evidence, contains memoirs of participants in border battles on the western border of the USSR on June 22, 1941, lists of Kyrgyz soldiers who fought in the Brest Fortress.
