Days of Russian language and culture are held in Kyrgyzstan. The event is large-scale – scientists from Russia came to Bishkek to exchange experiences, reports «MIR 24».
Professors and candidates of science prepared more than 20 lectures. They will be read at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. Main topic – updating the rules of the Russian language: changes in vocabulary, grammar and communication, Russian speech etiquette. An international round table will also be held, where Russian and Kyrgyz specialists will discuss problems and prospects for teaching.
«The question is about the importance of language not only as a language of interethnic relationships and connections, but as a language of science and educational activity. Our Russian colleagues are ready to share with us all the best, their best developments», – noted KRSU Vice-Rector Leonid Sumarokov.
«We are very happy to come to you. This is the first time, I hope not the last. We are waiting for maybe your graduates to come to us to study for master’s and postgraduate studies», – said Igor Sharonov, head of the Russian language department at the Russian State University for the Humanities.
This is not the only event that helps the development of both higher and school education in the country. The Russian Ministry of Education Commission is preparing a project for the construction of nine schools.
