Autumn warning from doctors to allergy sufferers amid the COVID pandemic
«The high-risk group due to the spread of coronavirus includes not only older people and those who suffer from serious chronic diseases, but also allergy sufferers, – said Shayirbek Sulaimanov, a member of the scientific advisory committee on COVID-19, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor of KRSU, in an interview with VB.KG. – That is why today all over the world, including in Kyrgyzstan, the issues of diagnosis, clinical manifestations, combating complications, therapy, prevention, are so pressing including vaccinations for new coronavirus infection».
According to Professor Sulaimanov, it is also important to identify risk factors for the severe course of the disease, the characteristics of the development of COVID against the background of chronic ailments – diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, kidneys and others, and the different reactivity of the human body’s immunity.
