The first mobile laboratory for studying air quality appeared in Bishkek. The capital of Kyrgyzstan is included in the global anti-rating of cities with the thickest smog. With the help of a scientific vehicle, monitoring harmful emissions will become easier, says «MIR 24» correspondent Aida Amatbekova.

So far, the mobile laboratory is just preparing for trips around Bishkek, but hopes for it are high. Using the equipment installed in it, you can measure air quality and study pollution. The question is important for the capital: the topic of smog does not lose its relevance.

The university, which will be engaged in research, says that those responsible for air pollution can now be fined. They plan to work together with supervisory authorities. Everything – for the sake of ecology.

The university will soon publish the results of a test trip to one of the residential areas of Bishkek. It is already known that the air there is heavily polluted, and there are particles in it that are dangerous to people.
