The Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic complains about the lack of teachers for Russian-language schools; most of all, there is a shortage of teachers of exact sciences. By agreement between the governments of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, KRSU will now train teachers who will be able to teach in two languages — Kyrgyz and Russian. Specialization opens at the university's Faculty of Humanities.
