Professor Boljurova celebrates her anniversary with new discoveries
Professor Ishenkul Boljurova, who is celebrating his anniversary, has the academic degrees of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Candidate of Historical Sciences. She is a well-known specialist in the history and theory of the education system in Kyrgyzstan in the CIS and beyond.
She is not only and not so much a theorist as a practitioner. She headed the Ministry of Education and Science twice and for two periods as Deputy Prime Minister she headed the social block in the government. She was the presidential plenipotentiary representative on issues of integration cooperation within the CIS and EurAsEC and the representative of the Kyrgyz Republic in the CIS Economic Council. She successfully worked as rector of the Zhusup Balasagyn National University and the Kusein Karasaev BSU, and was the ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Belarus, the Baltic countries and the statutory bodies of the CIS.
In recent years, Ishenkul Boljurova – Advisor to the Rector of the KRSU and Chairman of the Public Council of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.
