Ravil Muksinov was a true patriot of Kyrgyzstan
After a long illness, the famous scientist, Doctor of Architecture, Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, Honorary Architect of the Kyrgyz Republic Ravil Munirovich Muksinov passed away.

Ravil Munirovich was a descendant of the siege survivors, a person with an active life position, and he respected history and the exploits of the soldiers of the Great Patriotic War. He always accepted invitations to take part in rallies, lessons in courage, and meetings dedicated to perpetuating the memory of missing people and blockade survivors. Together with his colleagues and students, he always responded to requests from search engines and blockade survivors to help create monuments and memorials.
Ravil Munirovich was the first to respond when it was necessary to assess the condition of the monument to Hero of the Soviet Union Ivan Vasilyevich Panfilov. He and a group of his colleagues helped develop a monument to the feat of soldiers of the 9th company of the 316th Infantry Division (later Panfilov) in the village of Ostashevo, Volokolamsk region. The project was developed and received approval in the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow region, but, unfortunately, has not yet been implemented. In difficult times, he was able to assist in the construction of a temple on the territory of the CSTO Kant airbase and always found time for consultations on a variety of issues of urban planning and architecture.
But his most important pride and love was his brainchild – faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, which was opened on his initiative. He was able to attract universities from around the world for cooperation, and as a result, his graduates receive not only diplomas from several countries at once, but are also in demand as specialists. Students and teachers participate and win the most famous international architectural competitions in the field of architecture, design, and construction.
