A representative of the Russian Presidential Administration spoke at the ceremony of signing cooperation agreements between KRSU and two Russian universities.
BISHKEK, April 16 — Sputnik. Young people from Kyrgyzstan should be given the opportunity to receive an education that meets Russian and world standards, said Igor Maslov, head of the Russian Presidential Administration for Interregional and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries.
He spoke at the ceremony of signing cooperation agreements between KRSU and St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
