SFU Rector Maxim Rumyantsev donated more than 80 volumes of Russian classical literature to the school library in Osh
The III Forum of Rectors of Universities of Russia and Kyrgyzstan started in Osh. The event takes place within the walls of Osh State University.
On the sidelines of the forum, participants discuss a number of common issues for higher education in the two countries. The issue of professional training for the development of the EAEU economy will also be touched upon.
It is worth noting that the Siberian Federal University (SFU) is sufficiently integrated into the educational space of Central Asia. 2 thousand citizens of 4 countries have studied at SFU over the past 15 years. More than 600 employees of CIS universities have undergone advanced training at Siberian Federal University over the past 3 years.
Today SFU is the curator university of KRSU.

«The proposal of our founder – the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation to build regular and systematic interaction with the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University has become for us another important stage in the development of cooperation with universities of the Kyrgyz Republic», – Rumyantsev emphasized.
As the rector of Siberian Federal University notes, over the past year, through joint efforts, general lines of cooperation have been identified related to promising socio-economic areas of activity for the country and based on the scientific and educational capital available in KRSU and Siberian Federal University.
