MOSCOW, October 11 - RIA Novosti. Sergei Volkov has been appointed acting rector of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU); he will take office on October 14, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation told RIA Novosti.
