The Russian State Institute of Russian Language named after Pushkin opened a department in Kyrgyzstan
A department «Pushkin Institute» was opened on the basis of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Vice-Rector for Science of the State Institute of Russian Language named after. A.S. Pushkin, Professor Mikhail Osadchiy, Rector of KRSU Vladimir Nifadiev, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in Kyrgyzstan Viktor Nefedov.
In their speech, the speakers emphasized that the emergence of an additional partner who would help develop the Russian language in Kyrgyzstan – a very important event.
