Russia has allocated 1,000 budget places for students from Kyrgyzstan
Russia has allocated 1,000 budget places in universities for students from Kyrgyzstan this was announced by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov.
He noted that the Russian side annually increases the budget quota for Kyrgyz students.
The Russian minister arrived in Bishkek to participate in a conference dedicated to the development of KRSU.
