Russia allocated 35 million rubles to the university in Bishkek
Starting from the new academic year, nonresident students of KRSU will be provided with a dormitory. This became possible thanks to funding from the Development Program of the Russian Federation (35 million rubles were allocated).
According to the university's press service, those who have social problems, low financial situation of parents and students from the regions will be able to receive a hostel. Among them may be foreign students – citizens of Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries.
Also, from September 2023, incentive scholarships will be introduced for the best students – young professionals who have made scientific discoveries, participants in Olympiad movements, athletes and activists. Additional payments will amount to 10-15 thousand soms per month. A total of 10 million rubles will be allocated for the payment of incentive scholarships.
