Russia will allocate 15 billion rubles for the construction of a new campus and technology park for KRSU

In the coming years, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University plans to almost double the number of students studying there and build a new campus with its own technology park. Acting rector of the university Sergei Volkov said this in an interview with TASS.

«The issue of the Kyrgyz side providing the appropriate land plot for the construction of the campus is currently being decided. We are waiting, negotiating daily with the mayor’s office of Bishkek and with the presidential plenipotentiary representative in the Chui region (the region of the republic bordering the capital)», — he said.
