BISHKEK, January 21 – Sputnik. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov actually graduated from the correspondence department of the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in 2006, said rector Vladimir Nifadiev.
