The CSTO PA Secretariat conducts thematic lectures at universities in Kyrgyzstan

At the initiative of the Jogorku Kenesh of Kyrgyzstan, the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) holds thematic lectures for teachers and students of a number of universities in the Republic. 

Such meetings were organized within the framework of Kyrgyzstan’s chairmanship of the CSTO in 2025. 

On April 21, an open lecture was held at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B. N. Yeltsin on the topic «CSTO PA: legal response to challenges and threats to collective security».  The key speaker of the event was the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in the CSTO PA Shabdanbek Alishev. He emphasized the need to strengthen scientific and analytical potential and legal response tools within the CSTO. More details
