Recently, a presentation of an unusual book took place in Moscow, which published an even more unusual article by three Bishkek authors, candidates of science from KRSU and the National University – Dosmir Uzbekov, Murat Suyunbaev and Kulnara Koibagarova. Moreover, Uzbekov – former first deputy chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The book, classified as the Russian Society for the Study of the History of Domestic Special Services, has a long title: «Historical readings at Lubyanka. Domestic intelligence services in wars and armed conflicts of the 20th century».
And the study of three Bishkek residents expands the thematic scope of the Moscow collection – «Intelligence services in the First World War: Turkestan expeditions». Here we are talking about the role of Turkish and German intelligence officers in the tragedy of 1916.
