Retired police colonel Professor Gulsara Aliyeva has passed away

Gulsara Midinovna Aliyeva — retired police colonel, professor, doctor of philosophical sciences, scientific worker died at the age of 66.

Gulsara Aliyeva devoted her life to serving her homeland, developing science and raising new generations. Over the years of work, she held senior positions at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as in the State Committee for National Security, and taught at the KRSU.
