The winners of the international competition «Media-Nauruz» were awarded at Altai State University
The winners of the competition for the best media coverage of the university’s scientific activities in the field of altaistics and Turkology were press service employees and journalists from Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
The purpose of the competition is – to tell a wide audience about the work of Turkologist and Altaist scientists, to popularize this topic in the media space outside of universities.
The competition started on the eve of the Nauruz holiday on March 21. Over two months, Altai State University received 22 applications.
According to the results of the competition, first place was won by the press service of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. B.N. Yeltsin for the material «Unfinished linguistic symphony by Evgeny Polivanov». In addition, the KRSU press service team received a special prize for the video «RSUH and KRSU began preparations for the Year of the Russian Language».
