A photo exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Kursk was opened in Bishkek
BISHKEK, August 23 – Sputnik. A photo exhibition was opened in Bishkek «Battle of Kursk – fiery summer 1943».
The exhibition is organized by the National Historical Museum and the Russian Cultural Center «Harmony». It is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Battle of Kursk.
Visitors are presented with 25 stands telling about the main events and heroes of the battle. Separate stands will be dedicated to Kyrgyzstanis, participants in the battle and deputies of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR who fought near Kursk. The exhibition will run until August 28, admission is free.
