A vibrant festival of cultures took place in Bishkek
The event turned out to be truly festive – participants showed colorful performances dedicated to the traditions and customs of peoples.
BISHKEK, March 24 – Sputnik. A vibrant interuniversity festival took place in Bishkek «Cultural code of Eurasia», the foundation said «Eurasians – new wave».
Students from the capital's universities took part in the festival and showed the audience the culture and traditions of the countries – members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The country that this or that team will represent became known as a result of the preliminary draw. Thus, the team of the Kyrgyz National University introduced the audience to the culture of Armenia. Bishkek State University demonstrated the traditions of Belarus, the International University dedicated its performance to Kazakhstan. Kyrgyzstan was presented by students of the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaeva. Russian culture, according to the draw, was represented by the team of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
The festival jury included Honored Cultural Worker of the Kyrgyz Republic Elmira Chalandinova, Honored Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic, Director of the Center for Cultural, Educational and Educational Work of the KRSU Galina Ketova, and. O. Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan Zukhra Shidakova. They praised the organization of the event and the students' performances.
In the category «Best teamwork» the jury noted the KRSU students.
